"Depleted Uranium"....or "Agent Orange Re-visited".
They (Gov't.) never learn, or perhaps more accurately, don't care!
The reports about the hazards of depleted uranium (DU) were
explained to the military from the start. In 1990, a month
before Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait, a report was prepared
by the Science Applications International Corporation and
was submitted to the United States Army. The report stated,
"DU is a low-level alpha radiation emitter which is linked
to cancer-when exposures are internal... The condition of
the battlefield and long term health care risks to natives
and combat veterans may become issues in the acceptability
of continued use of DU." And so they have.
Despite this warning, DU's use became commonplace in the Gulf
War and its effectiveness was demonstrated in the whole scale
slaughter of the Iraqi Army. But what is DU and why does the
Army, along with the mainstream press, so desperately try to
cover it up? These unanswered questions are just some of the
underreported and forgotten stories of the 1990's. DU is an
armor piercing shell, which crashes through armor and causes
maximum destruction to armor and military and civilian in-
stallations alike. DU is now used by the U.S., the U.K. and
NATO. It is like sending a mini atomic missile at your tar-
get. The effects are not as harsh as tactical nuclear weapons
are but it is in the same family of weapons.
A navy report in 1990 stated that "prolonged exposure could
cause illness." Perhaps the most disturbing warning of all
and the reason the United States and Great Britain steadfast-
ly deny its effects is a report from the Atomic Energy Author-
ity in the U.K. to the British Government. The report warns
that if there was 50 tons of residual uranium dust left in
the air in Iraq during the war that there could be up to 500
million new cases of cancer by the end of the century. There
were 900 million tons left in the air and children are dying
in numbers exceeding the original projection. The U.S. Depart-
ment of Defense denies the ever-increasing numbers of veterans
coming down with cancer. In their efforts to deny the truth,
the Washington Post has joined the "Defense Department" in
their denials. "There is no foundation in medical research,
according to numerous studies and radiation specialists, over
possible health hazards." This statement is an outright lie.
In 1995, Captain Doug Rokke, MD. warned that the continued
use of DU was a war crime. Rokke is a man who knows what he
is talking about after having served on the clean-up team
advising U.S. personnel who had been exposed to DU in 1990
and 1991. What he observed was a woeful lack of safety concerns
for those exposed to DU. The ground personnel that came into
contact never knew of its potential danger and children were
regularly exposed to it as well. Yet, the military denies its
hazards and now the stakes are becoming higher and higher. A
story, that received headline coverage in Europe and is not
reported in the American press, states that 24 European peace-
keepers serving in the Balkans have died of cancer. Italy has
lost six of their soldiers due to leukemia. They are now try-
ing to study the effects of DU dropped from American planes
in Bosnia and Kosovo.
Another point that should not be forgotten is the escalation
of the rates of cancer on the island of Vieques. This is where
the U.S. Navy fires shell after shell of depleted uranium
upon the island. The effects of DU began in the Gulf War and
the military has denied any links between their weapons of
mass destruction and cancer since.

| The U.S. should not have apologized for the Chinese Army "Hot-Dog" pilot! After re-viewing the film footage, I can only say that their pilot/soldier was responsible for his own demise. He was playing a very dangerous game with very expensive aircraft, not to mention the many lives at stake. Any pilot, even Chinese, can differentiate a warbird from a reconnaisance plane. INTRODUCTION TO: "SKULL AND BONES"

My brief introduction to Skull and Bones is dedicated to those journalists in America who have both the courage and the ability to inform the public regarding what others may consider to be a taboo subject -- a foreign-born secret society that has exported itself to this nation and may succeed in securing the highest office in the land for still another of its sworn initiates. The two main characters in this story so far are Antony C. Sutton and David Armstrong. The first is a scholar of the first order to began the definitive work on this subject and then disappeared (alien abduction,eh?). The second came to Texas from California, became the editor of a very liberal Texas magazine, wrote a series of revealing articles on the Bush family and then, like Sutton, was apparently silenced.
INTRODUCTION
In May of 1994 a "Texas Monthly" story (see page 146) by Skip Hollandsworth, on George W. Bush, briefly stated: "Although he did not graduate Phi Beta Kappa as his father had, he did follow his father into the university's Skull and Bones Club, a secret society for the males of prominent families."
The majority of Bonesmen are from old-line Puritan families. They include the following families: Whitney, Lord, Phelps. Wadsworth, Allen, Bundy, Adams, Stimson, Taft, Gilman and Perkins. A second group of families in the Skull & Bones are: Harriman, Rockefeller, Payne, Davison, Pillsbury and Weyerhauser. The Order of Skull and Bones was once called the "Brotherhood of Death."
At any given time, only about 600 or so members of the Order are alive. Of that number only 150 (about one-quarter) take an active role in the society. It is estimated that a core of perhaps 20-30 families run the Order. Recent Bones inductees include a few blacks, gays, and even some foreign students. In 1991 Skull and Bones began to admit women members. Each initiate gets $15,000 and a grandfather clock. A neophyte's name is changed to Knight so and so. The old Knights are known as "Patriarchs". Outsiders are known as "Gentiles" and "vandals". It meets annually,"Patriarchs only",on Deer Island in the St. Lawrence River. |
